I am in the process of migrating the servers to run on XENserver I was running all it on VMWare but because of the direction that I see them going I feel this is currently the way to go. So that said expect outages because I am limited in hardware and $$$ to get hardware I do not have the capacity to run thing without taking them down to migrate.
